Amanda Smith

Rev. Amanda is the Transitional Pastor, Associate Pastor of Children and Spiritual Formation at the First Baptist Church of Frankfort, KY. She is originally from Crestwood, Kentucky, and is a graduate of Murray State University. She earned her Master of Divinity degree from BSK in 2014 and while in seminary, Amanda served as a children’s ministry intern at FBC.

Instructor Andrew Noe

Andrew Noe served at East Leonard CRC in Grand Rapids, Michigan as the Pastor of Faith Formation and now works as a leader in the emerging house church movement. A proud graduate of BSK, Andrew is passionate about bringing creativity to ministry and enjoys working with teenagers. He is married to the wonderful Hannah, and they have two spectacular kids - Gwen and Benjamin. His side passions are comic books, LEGO, and video games.

Writer Shemetris Vital

Native Texan, go-getter, motivator, Author, Speaker, Trainer and Media personality, Reverend Shemetris Vital obtained a M.B.A. from Dallas Baptist University. She was licensed and ordained by Higher Ground Always Abounding Assembly. Shemetris joined the Mt Pleasant Baptist Church of Herndon, VA in 2019, becoming the 1st female Children and Youth Pastor of a 150 plus year old church. She has created multiple curriculum resources while leading her community's pace for change among young people.
